    Subscribers are losing interest in credit card

    There is no credit card pair to pay for safe purchases or any bills. There is also a lot of credit card benefits as cash options. Considering the various advantages, customers take credit cards. Yet for many reasons, the problem is more difficult than the convenience of the users, so now users think. To many, it is now a matter of horror. Once upon a time, the credit card business of Kabuliwalera business is running, many commented on. Customers are being cheated annually for a lot of advertised advertisements. Almost every credit card holder has a bitter experience. Because of these reasons, the credit card is not being popular in Bangladesh. In the absence of the Bangladesh Bank policy, banks are charging interest and other fees according to their wishes.

    Talking to banks and credit card users, the interest rate is not the only cost of a credit card. If you do not pay the monthly price in time, then the fine is counted. If the use of credit card becomes quite dangerous for this, there is no timing. With a credit card, cash is an additional fee.

     Credit card users have been advised, prompted by the marketing representatives of the bank and encouraged them to be a credit card customer in their sweet-spoken campaign. Many customers of the card have lost credit to the marketing policy of the banks. Banks are doing tremendous deception with them 'applicable condition'. Although banks are asking for interest rates ranging from 16 to 36 percent, it is taking 30 to 140 percent in reality. And from their fraud, from the common people to the bankers, the people's representatives, government officials, none are excluded. Those of them are a little aware, they are going to Bangladesh Bank. The rest of the people are forced to pay a fine to the credit card trap.

    A credit card user said that once the tax was reduced to 5 paisa less, the penalty was 500 taka. The minimum amount of fine was Tk 500.

    Usually, the third party is appointed by the banks to recover the money spent on the credit card. The interest that banks are charged for a credit card is actually much higher than that. Because bankers have always said that the interest rate charged by credit card is two and a half to three percent. But this interest rate is that monthly, it's not called. Generally, all interest rates are calculated yearly, but many banks calculate the interest rate on credit card monthly. In this, the loan increases in the compounding rate every month. Apart from this, if a customer pays 90 percent of the bill within the stipulated time, the next month the interest will be charged for a full month on the full amount. Apart from this, there are service charges, renewal fees, and penalty charges. Penalties are mostly due to the ignorance of the customer. And the customers are not aware of these issues at the same time.

    Bangladesh Bank gave a policy in May last year about the interest rate on the credit card. According to the policy, a bank lends a consumer loan interest, the interest rate on their credit card can be upwards of 5 percent. But in reality, it is not seen Chairman of Association of Bankers Bangladesh and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director of Dhaka Bank, said, according to the rules of the Bangladesh Bank, banks have decided to pay interest on the credit card. However, some banks may be outside the rules.

    As per the Bangladesh Bank, almost all banks have more than five percent of the interest rate on credit card debt than consumer credit. As seen at the end of January, interest rates on Janata Bank's consumer loans are 11 percent to 12 percent. But the credit card rate is 24 percent. Similarly, in Bank Asia's credit card, where interest rates are 30 percent, interest rates on consumer loans are 9-12 percent. The rate of interest on consumer loans in BRAC Bank is 10 to 13 percent and credit card rate is 33 to 36 percent. The rate of interest on credit cards in Dhaka Bank is 24 percent and consumer interest is 10 to 13 percent.     No one is excluded from the harassment of credit card. A senior official of Bangladesh Police recently posted a post on Facebook about the debacle of credit cards. There are discussions about the difficulty of the credit card facility, people of different classes and occupations. A comment from that post says that in many cases, it is forcibly not to take credit card. The police officer wrote, "I do not like the credit card issue at all. Although the credit card is not required, three banks have been forced. I think that I am a day laborer for those who call for credit card money.  { Source }
